Support and Maintenance
As an Original Equipment Manufacturer, FKI Switchgear has been
installing and commissioning switchboards produced in our factories for
decades. Every switchboard we produce is fully assembled and tested in
the factory prior to delivery. This ensures that when a switchboard
arrives at site it is "complete" in every possible way.
All our engineers are fully factory trained at FKI Switchgear and
fully conversant with all aspects of the equipment. Our world-wide
comprehensive service package includes, full on-site installation and
commissioning, routine maintenance (maintenance contracts and extended
warranties also offered), repair, upgrades and modifications and
extensions to existing installations, all with full engineering and
project management support. We also hold a complete range of spares for
current production types of switchgear as well as for products
manufactured for Brush Switchgear, South Wales Switchgear, Hawker
Siddeley Switchgear and Whipp & Bourne Switchgear.
We can either offer a complete installation service or alternatively
supply a supervisor to “oversee” and guide the installation, testing
and commissioning of your equipment.
We offer complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments in
accordance with our ISO9001 accreditation. Dedicated Site Quality Plans
are compiled for every site contract.
